Terms of Service

Reperios provides personality assessments and compatibility reports based on the Big Five (IPIP-NEO-120) personality model. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Reperios is an informational service for personal insight and self-reflection. It is not a clinical assessment, psychological diagnosis, or medical service. Reports are generated by an AI model trained on personality research and are intended to be thought-provoking, not definitive.

Do not use Reperios to make hiring, medical, legal, or clinical decisions. If you have concerns about your mental health, please consult a qualified professional.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, harm, or deceive others.
• Share compatibility invite links with people without their knowledge or consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service in bulk.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information to manipulate reports.

The personality reports generated for you belong to you. You may share, print, or use them for personal purposes. We retain a copy to provide the service and for the period described in our Privacy Policy.

Compatibility reports are visible to both participants in the comparison. By initiating or accepting a compatibility comparison you acknowledge that the other participant will be able to view the resulting report.

Reports are generated by Claude (Anthropic, Inc.), a large language model. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or reflect limitations in the underlying model. Reperios does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any report.

The Reperios name, logo, and interface design are our intellectual property. The IPIP-NEO-120 personality items used in the assessment are in the public domain.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reperios is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on report content, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may modify or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
